I’ve also had shaky hands - for decades. Sucks. I always worry people will think I am suffering alcohol withdrawals
Please see an MD or a DO. It sounds like Parkinson's or one of those other neurologic conditions. You cannot wish it away. You know that. There are medications that can slow the development of whatever it is you have.
